Website inquiries

When you request a conversation, we use the information you provide to respond to your organizational inquiry, understand the workforce you represent, and improve follow-up. Do not submit medical records, diagnoses, treatment information, or other sensitive personal health information through this website.

Information we collect

The inquiry form collects your name, business email, organization, optional callback number, and the message you choose to provide. The Workforce Readiness Assessment runs in your browser; its answers are not saved or transmitted by the assessment. Basic hosting and security logs may process IP address, browser, device, traffic-source, and request data.

How information is used

Inquiry information is used for direct follow-up, qualification, service planning, and internal business records. We do not sell personal information. Access is limited to people responsible for responding to or managing the inquiry.

Service providers and security

HostGator hosts this website. WordPress and Forminator process organizational inquiries, which are stored for up to 24 months. IP-address and geolocation data, if captured with a submission, are anonymized after 30 days. Submissions are also emailed to info@alineapt.com, so hosting, email-delivery, security, and backup providers may process limited information on our behalf. No marketing analytics are enabled at launch. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
