Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower
- 2 TBSP unsalted butter - or EVOO/avocado oil
- 3/4 tsp fine sea salt - more to taste
- 1 clove minced garlic - or Dorot garlic pod
- 2 TBSP cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp black pepper - more to taste
Instructions
- Rinse and break cauliflower into florets.
- Add cauliflower florets to a large sauce pan and fill halfway with filtered water. Cover and steam until florets are soft, about 10-15 minutes; strain and discard water.
- Add cauliflower, garlic pod, cream cheese, butter, salt and pepper to your food processor or blender and process in small batches until very smooth.
