Ingredients  

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 2 TBSP unsalted butter - or EVOO/avocado oil
  • 3/4 tsp fine sea salt - more to taste
  • 1 clove minced garlic - or Dorot garlic pod
  • 2 TBSP cream cheese
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper - more to taste

Instructions

  • Rinse and break cauliflower into florets.
  • Add cauliflower florets to a large sauce pan and fill halfway with filtered water. Cover and steam until florets are soft, about 10-15 minutes; strain and discard water.
  • Add cauliflower, garlic pod, cream cheese, butter, salt and pepper to your food processor or blender and process in small batches until very smooth.
