Add cauliflower florets to a large sauce pan and fill halfway with filtered water. Cover and steam until florets are soft, about 10-15 minutes; strain and discard water.
Add cauliflower, garlic pod, cream cheese, butter, salt and pepper to your food processor or blender and process in small batches until very smooth.
