Begin to bring water to a boil in a large stockpot. Salt generously once the water is boiling. Cook per instructions on the package while you are cooking the sauce.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add onion and sautè for 3-4 minutes, until onions begin to soften.
Add garlic and stir for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add in ground meat, Italian sausage and seasonings and cook until no pink remains, about 5-7 minutes. Drain grease at this point if you need to.
Add in marinara or spaghetti sauce. Reduce heat to a simmer for 5 minutes. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired.
Pair with a side salad and enjoy!

Recipe Notes
Increasing to 12 or more servings will likely require more than 1 skillet to maintain cooking time and have enough space for the food to cook. These noodles are significantly higher in protein and have excellent amounts of fiber versus regular spaghetti. Believe us, we don't care for most alternative spaghettis either, but this one does not change the flavor or the texture and is a much healthier option. Give it a try!Net carbs = Carbs - Fiber = 15g carbs per serving
