Preheat the oven to 350F.
Cook the bacon in a non stick pan over medium heat. After 3 minutes, add the broccoli florets and cook until bacon is brown and crispy and florets begin to soften, another 2-3 minutes. Remove to paper towels to drain. Pat/press with paper towels to remove excess grease.
While bacon and broccoli are cooking combine the eggs, parmesan cheese, cottage cheese, seasonings and spices in a medium bowl. Whisk well until all blended. Use an electric hand mixer if you have one.
Spray a quiche pan or pie plate with non stick cooking spray.
Add the broccoli and bacon mixture to the pan. Top with half of the cheddar cheese.
Pour egg mixture over the broccoli and bacon mixture. Sprinkle the remaining half of the cheddar over the quiche. Bake the crustless quiche in the preheated oven for 50-55 minutes or until the center is puffed and golden brown
Allow the quiche to cool slightly and then cut into 8 pieces and serve.
