INGREDIENTS:
1 cup blanched almond flour
1 cup tapioca flour
2 tsp baking powder
dash of sea salt
1 tsp monkfruit/stevia powdered sweetener (optional)
1/2 cup unsweetened cinnamon applesauce
1 tsp vanilla
4 eggs, beaten
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Turn on non-stick electric griddle to 325 degrees. If you do not have a griddle, a place a non-stick pan on the stovetop over medium heat.
2. In a bowl, combine all dry ingredients and mix well.
2. Add in all wet ingredients and mix well.
3. Using a 1/4 cup measuring cup, scoop out the batter and pour onto your cooking surface.
